Shipping policy
Production & Processing Time All prints are produced to order by our professional print lab partner. Production typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the product type and finish selected (e.g., acrylic glass, fine art print, aluminum dibond). Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Once produced, estimated delivery times are:
- Romania: 3–5 business days
- European Union: 5–8 business days
- United Kingdom & Switzerland: 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–21 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/format of your order.
Packaging Every print is professionally packaged by our lab to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Depending on the format, prints are shipped in reinforced flat packaging or protective tubes.
Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the production facility. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.
Customs & Import Duties For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Damaged or Defective Items If your print arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the product and contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address]. We will work with our production partner to arrange a replacement or refund.
